The California Highway Patrol is responding to a hydraulic fluid spill on northbound state Highway 29 after a big-rig overturned early this morning down an embankment in unincorporated Napa County.
The incident was reported at about 8:40 a.m. just north of Robert Louis Stevenson State Park near Middletown.
A Sig-alert was issued around 9 a.m.
CHP Officer Aaron Quistad said all northbound lanes were partially blocked at about 9:35 a.m.
It was not immediately known how many people were inside the big-rig or what it was hauling.
