By Khalida Sarwari

All northbound lanes on state Highway 29 in unincorporated Napa County were reopened this morning about three hours after a big-rig overturned and spilled hydraulic fluid, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The incident was reported at about 8:40 a.m. just north of Robert Louis Stevenson State Park near Middletown.

A Sig-alert, issued around 9 a.m., was canceled at about 11:35 a.m.

The driver of the big-rig was not injured, CHP Officer Aaron Quistad said.

Quistad said the hydraulic fluid has been cleared from the roadway.
