A power outage is affecting about 9,000 Pacific Gas and Electric Co. customers in El Sobrante and San Pablo this morning, a utility spokesman said.
The outage was reported at about 12:30 a.m.
PG&E spokeswoman Brandi Ehlers said an investigation is underway to determine the cause of the outage.
