Lanes in both the eastbound and westbound directions at Interstate Highway 80 at Hilltop Drive in Richmond are scheduled to reopen at 11 a.m. today following a 14-hour closure to allow bridge demolition, according to the California Department of Transportation.
Ramps at Hilltop Drive, eastbound El Portal Drive and the westbound loop onramp at Richmond Parkway will be reopened at 1 p.m.
