Lanes in both the eastbound and westbound directions of Interstate Highway 80 in Richmond reopened shortly after 11 a.m. today following a 14-hour closure to allow bridge demolition, according to the California Department of Transportation.
Hilltop Drive is expected to reopen by 12:30 p.m. and ramps at Hilltop Drive, eastbound El Portal Drive and the westbound loop onramp at Richmond Parkway will be reopened at 1 p.m.
