The San Francisco Public Library will offer a customer satisfaction survey this month to receive feedback from patrons to identify areas where the branches can improve services and understand the needs of the community.
The survey, called “Counting Opinions,” will be available in English, Chinese, Spanish and Russian and can be taken from home or at the library.
Patrons can access the survey online at http://sfpl.org/sfplonline/survey.htm.
