Valentine’s Day is around the corner, and in Saratoga that usually means it’s time to show appreciation for something or someone by writing Love Notes.
The collection period for the Saratoga Village Development Council-sponsored activity will begin Jan. 30. The notes will be posted on the windows of Village stores and restaurants through Feb. 15.
Participants are asked to make their notes flat and no bigger than 8 1/2 by 11 inches.
Notes can be dropped off at any business on Big Basin Way.
The Village Gardeners will hold a note-making session at Wildwood Market on Jan. 21 at 10 a.m. Materials will be supplied, but participants can also bring their own.
