The San Francisco medical examiner’s office has identified 45-year-old Helen Leong as the victim of a crash on westbound Interstate Highway 380 in San Bruno late Friday night.
Leong died from her injuries following the collision, which was reported at 11:40 p.m. near El Camino Real.
The crash involved Leong’s Honda Accord and a Chevy Tahoe, according to California Highway Patrol. The driver of the Chevy Tahoe was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with minor injuries and was believed to be under the influence of alcohol, the CHP reported.
