Pacific Gas and Electric Co. officials are investigating the cause of an outage that has affected about 40 customers in southeast San Leandro this afternoon.
PG&E spokesman J.D. Guidi said the disruption began around 1:45 p.m. and was still affecting customers in a residential area at about 2:30 p.m.
He did not have an estimate of when power would be restored.
