Cal Fire crews are working to extinguish a one-alarm fire at an unoccupied house near Summit Road in Santa Cruz County this morning, a dispatcher said.
The blaze was reported at about 4:40 a.m. at a two-story house at 301 Serenity Way in Corralitos near a television station tower, the dispatcher said.
The fire was contained to the house and did not burn surrounding vegetation. Crews were expected to remain at the house until about noon.
No injuries were reported.
