Cal Fire crews have controlled a one-alarm fire that began at an unoccupied house near Summit Road in Santa Cruz County this morning, a dispatcher said.
The blaze was reported at about 4:40 a.m. at a two-story house at 301 Serenity Way in Corralitos near a television station tower, the dispatcher said. It was controlled at about 2 p.m.
The fire was contained to the house and did not burn surrounding vegetation.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
