The Santa Clara County medical examiner’s office has identified a body found in a Gilroy creek last week as that of 43-year-old Arturo Hernandez.
Firefighters found Hernandez’s body near the 7600 block of Forest Street shortly before noon on Friday, police said.
He was fully clothed and his body was partially submerged in the creek.
Detectives said there were no signs of foul play.
Hernandez’s city of residence is unknown, according to the medical examiner’s office.
