Gilroy police arrested a 49-year-old man on suspicion of indecent exposure Sunday morning.
Gilberto Perez Loza, of Gilroy, was arrested around 9:45 a.m. in the 700 block of First Street, according to police.
A resident informed police they saw a man masturbating inside of a car and then driving away. The witness then followed the man and provided information about the vehicle to police.
Officers then conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. They arrested the driver, whom they identified as Loza.
