A multi-vehicle collision on northbound state Highway 1 in unincorporated Marin County tonight has left one person injured, a California Highway Patrol Officer reported.
The collision was reported around 4:50 p.m. on the highway just south of Sir Francis Drake Boulevard.
CHP Officer Ralph Caggiano said a pickup truck collided with a motorcycle as it was making a left turn.
The motorcyclist suffered major injuries and was transported to a hospital, Caggiano said.
The condition of the driver of the pickup truck was not immediately known.
One northbound lane on the highway was still closed as of 5:30 p.m.
