A two-alarm fire was controlled a little over an hour after it was reported at a home in Saratoga early this morning, according to a Santa Clara County Fire Department battalion chief.
The fire was reported at about 3:55 a.m. in the 13000 block of Shadow Mountain Drive.
Firefighters confined the fire to the attic and had it under control at about 5 a.m., Battalion Chief Richard Salazar said.
No injuries were reported, but all three of the home’s residents have been displaced, Salazar said.
The fire caused an estimated $100,000 in damage.
Fire officials are investigating the cause of the fire.
