Both directions of state Highway 121 are closed in unincorporated Napa County this morning after a big-rig carrying wine overturned following a collision with a van.
A Sig-alert was issued at about 6:30 a.m. on the highway just north of Stanley Lane.
CHP Officer Kevin Kroncke said the highway is expected to remain closed for another three hours. Drivers are advised to use eastbound state Highway 37 and northbound state Highway 29 as alternate routes.
One person was transported to a hospital to be treated for back and neck injuries, CHP Officer Peter Van Eckhardt said.
