Oakland police arrested one person in connection with a fatal shooting in the city Friday night, according to the Police Department.
Officers responded to a shooting in the 3700 block of Laguna Avenue at about 11:30 p.m.
Arriving officers found a male victim suffering from one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
