A 50-year-old man was transported to Stanford Hospital with a head injury after being struck by a vehicle in Palo Alto this morning, a California Highway Patrol officer said.
The incident occurred at about 9:45 a.m. at Page Mill Road at Coyote Hill Road.
CHP Officer Grace Castillo said Palo Alto police and the CHP are at the scene investigating.
