Berkeley police are investigating an incident involving a 20-year-old Berkeley man who fell from a third-story window of a fraternity house this morning, a police spokesman said.
The fall was reported at about 4 a.m. in the 2300 block of Piedmont Avenue.
Berkeley police spokesman Andrew Frankel said the man was a guest at the fraternity, but could not comment on what he was doing there.
The man suffered serious injuries in the fall and was transported to Highland Hospital in Oakland. His injuries are not considered life-threatening, Frankel said.
