Santa Clara Valley Medical Center is seeking the public’s help in identifying an elderly patient who was brought to the hospital on Monday.

The patient is an Asian woman in her mid- to late 80s, about 5 feet tall and 160 pounds. She was arrived at the hospital wearing a pink shirt, a beige sweater, pink pants and tan rubber sandals.

She is in good condition but is unable to identify herself, hospital spokeswoman Joy Alexiou said.

The woman was brought to the hospital by San Jose police. Alexiou said she could not provide details on where the woman was found.

Anyone who might know the patient is encouraged to call (408) 885-4090 and ask to speak with the charge nurse.
