San Francisco police will patrol on Friday in an effort to seek out drunken drivers and take them off the road.
The DUI checkpoint is part of San Francisco Avoid, the citywide crackdown on impaired drivers and will be held in conjunction with other DUI enforcement patrols occurring over the Labor Day holiday period.
